This page outlines the policies, guidelines, and terms that support a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for every client. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

As a solo practice with limited appointments each day, late cancellations and changes have a significant impact. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including no-shows and appointments booked and cancelled within the 48-hour window, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

This also applies to reducing your appointment length within 48 hours. You may receive the shorter session, but the original scheduled service price will still apply.

Applicable fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows will be charged to the card on file. If a balance cannot be charged, an invoice will be sent and must be paid within 24 hours and before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late arrival may shorten the session, with the full scheduled service price due. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting Chloe is considered a no-show.

Payment, Deposits & Accepted Methods

A valid credit or debit card is required on file to book, regardless of how you choose to pay at the time of service. No payment is taken at booking.

Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by credit/debit card, exact cash, valid HSA/FSA card, or gift card.

Payment information is securely stored through Vagaro. Applicable fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows will be charged to the card on file in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Client Health, Safety & Conduct

Your health, comfort, and safety are important. Please contact Chloe about significant health changes, surgeries, or procedures before your appointment. Treatment may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled for safety, and medical clearance may be required when appropriate.

Please do not attend with a fever, new or worsening cough, vomiting, diarrhea, an unexplained rash, a contagious illness, or reason to believe you may be infectious. Please contact Chloe as soon as possible.

All services are strictly professional and professional draping is used. Sexual comments, requests, advances, intentional exposure, or other inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full treatment fee due.

Massage and bodywork do not replace medical care. Chloe does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform spinal adjustments.

Modalities, Tools & Expected Reactions

Certain therapeutic techniques and tools, such as cupping or gua sha, may be incorporated when appropriate. Temporary soreness or skin sensitivity may occur, and cupping or gua sha may leave marks for days or, in some cases, weeks. Treatment results vary and are not guaranteed.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Record Security

Your personal information, health history, and session notes are kept strictly confidential and stored securely through Vagaro. Only your therapist has access to your records. Information is never shared unless legally required or with your written permission.
Basic website browsing information (such as cookies or analytics) may be collected to improve website performance. No personal or health data is collected or stored on this website.

Photo, Video & Testimonial Consent

Reviews or testimonials you choose to provide may be shared by Lotus Room Massage & Wellness. Photos or video require separate consent and are optional. Declining photo or video consent will not affect your ability to receive services.

Personal Belongings

Lotus Room Massage & Wellness, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.

Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or receiving services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, understand the nature of massage therapy and that results may vary, consent to receive massage and bodywork services, and accept all policies listed on this page. You release Lotus Room Massage & Wellness, LLC and Chloe Culley from liability for injuries arising from massage or bodywork services, except in cases of proven negligence.
